September is National Recovery Month

At The 5:14 Movement, recovery isn’t just something we talk about—it’s the foundation of everything we do.

Rooted in Galatians 5:14, “For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself,” we are committed to meeting people right where they are—whether that’s in addiction, homelessness, or brokenness—and walking with them toward real, lasting freedom.

This month, we’re raising awareness, breaking stigma, and actively reaching our communities with:
• Recovery support and Christ-centered encouragement
• Hot meals and essential supplies
• Hygiene items, clothing, and survival resources
• A community that refuses to give up on people

We believe recovery is more than sobriety—it’s restoration of identity, purpose, and relationship with God.

If you or someone you love is struggling, we want you to know:
You are seen. You are loved. And there is hope.

Join us this month as we continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus—bringing light into dark places and hope to those who need it most.

Recovery is possible. And it starts with love.
